We seek individuals with an

outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Ideal candidates:

Have an Alaska Property & Casualty license (Don't have one yet, If you're coachable and ready to learn, we'll support your licensing journey!) Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage high call volumes. Demonstrate dependability and reliability, arriving on time and ready to contribute. Are coachable, team-oriented, and eager to learn. Have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Are detail-oriented and able to follow proven agency processes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, payments, and coverage recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and in-person interactions. Cross-selling products and services to our existing customers Support the sales team by making outbound calls to offer additional services and schedule appointments. Handle multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Foster long-term client relationships by identifying coverage gaps and offering tailored solutions.
