Overview

In this dynamic role, you will be the heartbeat of our establishment. You'll engage with guests, create memorable experiences, and ensure smooth operations across all FOH functions. Whether you're mixing cocktails as a Bartender or welcoming guests as a Host, your contributions will be vital to our success. What you'll do

Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and serve beverages with flair while adhering to food safety standards. Welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently. Assist in food delivery and ensure timely service to all tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication during busy shifts. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha or Micros. Support banquet operations by setting up events and catering services as needed.

Basic qualifications

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or serving roles within the food industry. Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail preparation is a plus. Experience with catering services or banquet setups is advantageous.
