Job Summary:
Locally owned and operated for 20+ years. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Alarm Technician to join our team. As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing alarm systems for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in low voltage systems and alarm system design will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our customers. We prefer applicants have to 3 to 5 years of experience installing, programing, commissioning, testing, servicing and maintaining low voltage systems.

Duties:
- Install, program, and test alarm systems, including burglar alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best locations for alarm system components
- Troubleshoot and repair alarm system malfunctions
- Provide field service support to customers, including system upgrades and maintenance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate alarm system solutions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
- Telecommunicate with central monitoring stations to ensure proper functioning of alarm systems
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installation and repair tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Alarm Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Familiarity with alarm system design and installation techniques
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Skills:
- Ability to detect problems with alarm systems and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and their integration with alarm systems
- Experience in field service support for alarm systems
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Familiarity with hand tools used in the installation and repair of alarm systems
- Understanding of alarm system sales processes

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
