Saturday/Sunday/Monday - 7AM-7PM
Training Details:
Paid Training Duration: 2 Weeks
Training Hours: 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday
NEXT TRAINING CLASS STARTS TUESDAY, 12/2
Responsibilities:
Process emergency signals quickly, professionally, and accurately in high stress situations
Data entry of new subscribers, updates, and changes to existing customers
Process inbound Answering Service calls on behalf of customers
Process inbound calls for Customers or Subscribers regarding emergency signal testing and signal or alarm history
Low level technical support to assist subscribers with alarms, trouble history and common system issues
Process inbound calls from Authority Agencies
Spanish Speaking candidates are a plus!
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
