Job Summary

Veterans Alliance is hiring Entry-Level Structures Mechanics for a direct-hire opportunity in Stuart, Florida. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined veterans looking to transition into aviation maintenance. No prior aviation or sheet metal experience is required--full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist experienced mechanics with

aircraft structural repairs and assembly

Perform

basic mechanical tasks

such as drilling, fastening, and tool handling Read and follow

technical instructions and manuals

with guidance Maintain a

safe and clean work environment

in compliance with company standards Learn and apply

industry-standard practices

for aircraft structural maintenance Support the team in meeting production schedules and quality goals

Qualifications

No aviation or sheet metal experience required

- training provided Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on mechanical experience (auto, military, trade, etc.) preferred Must be able to use basic hand and power tools safely Ability to read and follow technical instructions Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening Veterans strongly encouraged to apply
