Position Summary:

A leading aviation maintenance provider is seeking a highly experienced Quality Inspector to join its team in Goodyear, Arizona. This direct-hire role is critical to ensuring compliance, safety, and reliability across commercial jet maintenance operations. Candidates must hold a valid FAA A&P license and possess a strong background in aircraft inspection and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards Review and verify maintenance documentation, work orders, and technical records Perform audits and quality checks throughout the maintenance process Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance teams Ensure proper tagging, routing, and handling of parts and materials Maintain accurate inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support regulatory and customer audits as required

Qualifications:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required Minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and inspection Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance procedures, and quality control systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and regulatory documents Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance

Compensation and Benefits:
