Position Requirements & Qualifications
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
preferred-Not Required
Minimum 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance and repair experience on Boeing or Airbus commercial aircraft required. Military P-8 etc. experience will be considered
Solid knowledge of airframe/powerplant systems, inspection procedures, and troubleshooting
Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced maintenance and repairs to meet FAA and customer standards
Remove, install, and service aircraft components, engines, and accessories
Read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety documentation
Conduct inspections and identify structural materials (aluminum, composite, etc.)
Replace filters, conduct lubrication, perform leak checks
Research and follow approved repair procedures for discrepancies
Use ERP system to track parts, verify alternates, and check compatibility
Work safely with hand tools and technical equipment in varying physical positions
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Train and support apprentices as assigned
Maintain accurate documentation: work orders, task cards, logs, etc.
Apply working knowledge of ATA codes, airframe zones, and aviation standards
Perform engine and accessory servicing, aircraft jacking, and leveling
Take on additional duties as needed to support team success

Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED?
Valid Driver's License?
Proficiency in English (read, write, speak)?
