Position Summary:

A leading aviation maintenance provider is seeking experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join its team in Goodyear, Arizona. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Ideal applicants will have extensive hands-on experience with commercial jet maintenance, even if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities:

Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial jet aircraft Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical discrepancies across airframe and powerplant systems Follow maintenance manuals, technical data, and company procedures to ensure compliance Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and company standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Collaborate with other technicians and departments to meet production schedules

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial jet maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with aircraft systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics FAA license not required, but candidates must meet experience criteria Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance

Compensation and Benefits:
