Don Maxwell Aviation Services, Inc. is a General aviation maintenance facility in Longview, TX specializing in Mooney aircraft. We work on 100s of Mooney aircraft from all over the country from annual inspections to complete refurbishments of aircraft. We are now looking for long term team member who can perform general maintenance on Aircraft. A successful candidate will possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality.
We are seeking someone who will assist our Structural/Sheet Metal Expert. This candidate will be working with the airframe and occasionally the engine to ensure that aircraft are ready to fly safely and efficiently. The qualified candidate will have an understanding of general mechanics with an eagerness to learn and become a licensed mechanic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in repairs to airplane structure.
Assist in repairs to airplane components.
Follow safety regulations when working on planes.
Review drawings and schematics to determine actions needed for necessary repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
