As a

Line Service Professional

, you'll play a vital part in daily operations by providing top-tier customer service to private jet crews and passengers. You'll ensure aircraft are fueled, positioned, and serviced safely and efficiently, all while supporting a positive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet passengers and crewmembers upon arrival Provide ground services: fueling, lavatory, ground power, potable water, and catering delivery Marshal, tow, and position aircraft on ramps and in hangars Perform fuel quality control, movement, disposal, and documentation Maintain ramp safety, cleanliness, and security Assist with luggage and operate shuttle vehicles for passengers Conduct daily checks of crew cars and service vehicles Participate in monthly crew meetings and annual recurrent training

What We're Looking For

Strong customer focus and outgoing personality Ability to communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and via radio Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be insurable) Basic computer and math skills Bilingual preferred, not required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma required; prior ground handling experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
