About being our Air Quality & Greenhouse Gases Technical Specialist III As an Air Quality & Greenhouse Gases Technical Specialist III, we are looking for an individual with 7+ years of experience providing technical analysis services related to air quality, energy, and greenhouse gas analysis to support CEQA/NEPA review. Experience should include independent preparation of modeling and quantitative technical analyses using CalEEMod, EMFAC, AERMOD, and HARP. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service for a variety of project types including land development, utilities, and transportation. Project deliverables will include complete technical studies and CEQA/NEPA document sections. As a member of our Environmental Services Team, you will support our team to deliver creative solutions for clients\' environmental compliance requirements and prepare high quality deliverables that Psomas Environmental Services is known for. The Air Quality & Greenhouse Gases Technical Specialist III works together with the Environmental Services Team and under the direct guidance of the Director of Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Services.
Responsibility Highlights for our Air Quality & Greenhouse Gases Technical Specialist III

• Independently prepare complex technical analyses within assigned budget and schedule
• Write technical analyses into stand-alone reports and technical sections
• Coordinate with the internal team and assist with workload management
• Assist in quality control of quantitative analyses and written impact evaluations
• Perform technical analysis peer review, and schedule management
• Prepare scope of work, schedules, and budgets for proposals
• Participate in meetings/public presentations under direction of Senior Specialist

Minimum Qualifications to be our Air Quality & Greenhouse Gases Technical Specialist III

• Bachelor\'s degree in environmental or other earth sciences, planning, physics, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in providing technical analysis services including conducting quantitative analyses

Preferred Qualifications for our Air Quality & Greenhouse Gases Technical Specialist III

• Experience preparing Health Risk Assessments
