As we prepare for expansion and eventual sale, we are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to lead the strategic integration of cutting-edge AI tools and technologies across all facets of our business.

Position Overview:



The AI Consultant will be responsible for analyzing our current platforms, designing AI-driven solutions, and implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance operational workflows, risk assessment, customer service, and decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of AI applications in financial services, a strong technical skill set, and the ability to train and support staff on AI tools usage.

Key Responsibilities:



Assess existing business platforms and data workflows to identify AI integration opportunities. Develop and implement AI solutions tailored for mortgage underwriting, loan processing, regulatory compliance support, and customer interactions. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into daily operations. Train staff and leadership on AI tool functionalities, benefits, and best practices. Monitor AI system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Stay current with AI advancements relevant to mortgage lending and financial services, recommending upgrades and new implementations. Support business growth and transition objectives through technology transformation aligned with company goals.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an AI consultant or similar role in financial services, preferably in mortgage lending. Strong knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and automation tools. Technical skills in AI platform integration, data analysis, and programming/scripting languages. Experience with mortgage industry software, underwriting platforms, and regulatory frameworks is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and training skills to guide technology adoption and organizational change. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to innovation and system improvements. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field preferred.
