Key Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other tools
Conduct
cold calls
to potential candidates to introduce opportunities and assess interest
Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage interview logistics
Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and track candidate progress
Meet or exceed placement and revenue targets

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in agency recruiting or talent sourcing
Comfortable with
cold calling
and direct outreach to passive candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Motivated by results and commission-based earnings
