Description:


The Agency Marketing Specialist is a highly organized, creative professional who leads agency-wide marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, campaign execution, and cross-channel branding. This role requires a strong grasp of digital trends, competitor activity, and industry conversations, paired with the ability to create engaging content and coordinate integrated campaigns that strengthen brand visibility. The Agency Marketing Specialist also manages traditional and digital marketing efforts such as sales presentations, website updates, collateral development, and client communications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Information Gathering

Research social media and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Monitor competitor activity and industry conversations to inform social strategy. Collect and analyze performance metrics to evaluate social media and marketing effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of campaigns, contacts, and publication affiliations.
Strategic Thinking

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with agency objectives and client needs. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility through digital, traditional, and experiential channels. Recommend innovative strategies to enhance audience reach, engagement, and conversion.
Persuasive Communication (Social/Digital Marketing)

Lead the agency's social media marketing efforts by developing and executing platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to raise audience reach and engagement. Manage the agency's social content calendar, ensuring posts are timely, consistent, and aligned with campaign goals. Create compelling multimedia content (graphics, video, blog posts, and stories) optimized for each digital channel. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, impressions, conversions) to refine content strategies and demonstrate ROI. Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, proactively recommending new tools, features, or approaches to enhance digital presence. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community that reflects the agency's brand values.
Marketing & Branding

Develop creative marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and award submissions. Support campaigns that increase web traffic, brand awareness, and client engagement across multiple platforms. Ensure all content and messaging is visually appealing, consistent with brand identity, and tailored to target audiences.
General Duties

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to ensure alignment and consistency in brand communication. Assist with traditional marketing initiatives, including print advertising, event support, and community engagement. Perform all other duties as assigned to support the success of the marketing team and agency objectives.

Qualifications:



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in social media management, campaign execution, and cross-channel strategy. Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar tools preferred. Proven ability to develop and execute social media or marketing plans.
KNOWLEDGE

Familiarity with copyright and intellectual property best practices preferred.
SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.
ABILITIES

Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once. Work collaboratively across departments, tailoring content to diverse audiences. Uphold consistency, creativity, and follow-through in all brand communications.
