After School Program Director

Job Description
One Family Academy is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the daily operations of our after-school enrichment program serving children ages 5-12 in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily program operations and staff supervision Ensure compliance with NYS OCFS SACC regulations and safety standards Support staff hiring, onboarding, and training Develop and maintain program schedules, routines, and activities Communicate with parents, staff, and community partners Maintain attendance, documentation, and compliance records Support a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Qualifications
Prior experience in an after-school, childcare, or youth program leadership role Knowledge of NYS OCFS SACC regulations (or ability to learn quickly) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Background check, fingerprinting, and required clearances (upon hire)
Schedule
Full-time Monday-Friday Afternoons with occasional daytime administrative hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
