The Dayspring After-School Program Director will oversee 5-25 elementary and middle school students, with the potential to support high school students requiring academic assistance. This role involves providing a safe, well-supervised, and engaging program while facilitating Science, Math, Research, Art, and Technology lessons. The Program Director will foster positive relationships and support participants' holistic development by leading a team of professionals, college students, and high school assistants to deliver high-quality educational programming.

Education and Experience
:
? Bachelor's Degree required.
? At least 2 years of experience working with youth in a classroom, after-school, or recreation environment.

? Proven ability to manage groups of up to 25 children effectively.
? Strong leadership in fostering structured, engaging environments.

Creativity and Innovation
:
? Ability to tailor lessons to diverse learning styles.
? Experience in lesson planning and implementation to inspire student engagement.

? Familiarity with integrating tech tools into educational environments.
