Now Hiring: Prime-Time/Afterschool Counselor (Part-Time)

Do you love working with kids, bringing energy to every room, and making a difference after the school bell rings? Join our Afterschool team at the Y, where every afternoon is a chance to lead, laugh, and learn!

What You'll Be Doing:

Running fun, enriching after-school activities kids actually look forward to Ensuring a safe and supportive space for every child Serving up snacks and smiles Communicating with families and school staff like a pro Jumping in to help keep the space tidy and ready for play Being a positive role model and go-to grown-up for our awesome participants

What You Bring:

18+ with a high school diploma or GED A heart for kids and a head for responsibility Strong communication skills and good judgment CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified withing 45 days Willingness to learn YMCA curriculum (we'll train you!) Ability to lead 30+ minutes of active play, because we move! Reliable transportation

Experience in youth programs or early education is a plus!
