REQUIREMENTS
- Great attitude and comes to work with a smile
- Must be able to speak English
- Capable of counting money and making change.
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
