Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Afternoon Truck Loader to join our warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks, maintaining safety standards, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse distribution, materials handling, and heavy equipment operation, contributing to a smooth shipping process.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, forklifts, and cranes Assist with order picking and order fulfillment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Ensure proper stacking and securement of materials on pallets for shipment or storage Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles Familiarity with order picker, RF scanner, warehouse management system, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Good organizational skills with attention to detail in load/unload processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during afternoon shifts
