SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

  • Increase Aftermarket Business through management of parts sales inquiries daily including e-mail, phone, and website.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs & offer solutions to maximize the sale.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate quoting of parts and corresponding service work.
  • Support obsolescence management of legacy machines in field for upgrades and retrofits.
  • Primary Sales Contact for all Collaborative Robot lead generation activities.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Engineers with lead generation for retrofit and new machine opportunities.
  • Meets Schneider\'s quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide customers with price quotations for Parts and corresponding Services.
  • Process returns internally and with our vendors.
  • Process warranty claims and provide root cause analysis reporting on warranty issues.
  • Lead Generation for Retrofit and Rebuild Opportunities.
  • Lead Generation for Service Contracts.
  • Pull legacy prints to support technicians on audits.
  • Drive sales initiatives with marketing to push slow moving inventory and obsolete parts.
  • Support Recommended Spare Parts listings for new machines and retrofits.
  • Partner with the procurement team to update customers and internal service team on shipment / delivery updates.
  • Build professional skills through continued sales and product training, education, and networking events.
  • Assist in monitoring and improving on-time deliveries.
  • Support and maintain customer and asset database in MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • History of excellence in organization and time management.
  • 3-5 years of customer service / inside sales experience in a design-build manufacturing or equivalent.
  • History of ERP use for quoting and ordering of parts.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
