Who We're Looking For

You're energized by being around kids and know how to create an environment that's both engaging and secure. Whether you've coached youth teams, been the trusted babysitter, supported school programs, or raised amazing kids of your own--you get it.

No childcare experience?

That's totally okay--our training will give you everything you need to succeed. This opportunity is especially ideal for:

College students studying education, child psychology, or similar areas Anyone exploring a career that blends purpose with play

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED (High school seniors may apply for limitedaide positions) A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting kids

If you're energetic, reliable, and love working with children, this is your chance to make a lasting impact--one after-school adventure at a time.

Schedule

Monday-Friday

| Approx. 1:45 pm-5:30 pm Early release Wednesdays start at 12:30 pm

No weekends. No nights.

No late-night activity planning.
