SITE DIRECTOR I (PART-TIME): AlphaBEST Education - After School Program Site Director, Norman, OK
Salary Range: starting at $19.00-$21.50 per hour

ElementaryMiddle schools within Norman Public SchoolsSchedule: T
he Site Director is expected to report at their site 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm Monday - Friday. (No weekends!) Various hours may be needed at times for work load.PayBenefits:
Actual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19-$21.50 per hour). Part-time benefits including health and paid time off available. Employee referral program. Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents.
Here is what you will need:
Be aMaster Teacher/ CDA certification
You can meet the requirements in one of the following ways:
CDA CCP Credential 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD Oklahoma certificate of Mastery 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test
(Must show proof of certificate)
As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following:
Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators. Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
