After-School Program Site Coordinator in Mokapu

Site Coordinator

, you'll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after-school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily program operations and guide your staff with confidence and care.

Welcome children after school and set the tone for a fun, structured afternoon.

Support homework and academic time, encouraging focus and independence.

Lead engaging activities--from STEM challenges to creative arts and hands-on projects.

Promote active play through outdoor games, teamwork, and movement.

Build strong relationships with families while ensuring safety, quality, and aloha in everything you do.

Predictable Schedule:

Monday-Friday afternoons (typically 1:30-5:30 PM).

Competitive Pay:

$20-$24 per hour.

Hiring Bonus:

$1,000 for new Site Coordinators.

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work). Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for creating a fun, supportive environment for kids. Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated.
