WE NEED YOU!

Level UP Enrichment has spent the last three years bringing the joy of chess to students all over San Diego County. This is a great job for day or night workers, students, or those looking to supplement income. Our top instructors work 5 days a week, 1.5-3 hours a day, earning $26-32 per hour. Pay comes out to about $40-$55 per class as we always pay for 1.5 hours to account for setup and dismissal.

To qualify, you need:

-A ROCKSTAR attitude, especially around students K-6

-An understanding of the chess terms "Castling, Pin, Fork, Skewer, En Passant, Stalemate and Checkmate" and "Opening Principles." (Chess.com is a great resource to brush up with.)

-A passion for teaching and a love of learning

-Reliable transportation and cellphone

-Availability between 12am and 5pm on weekdays

-Able to pass a TB test and background check upon hiring

-Pay rate is based on experience, qualifications, and abilities.
