Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet client needs. Assist clients in understanding their insurance options, including benefits administration and coverage details. Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance products that align with their requirements. Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote services. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and competitor offerings to effectively market products. Provide bilingual support to clients as needed, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with insurance sales processes and products is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions. Experience in customer service roles that demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele. Proficiency in analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Previous experience in marketing or telemarketing can enhance effectiveness in this role.
