We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and building relationships with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify suitable insurance products for clients. Engage in proactive sales activities, including telemarketing and networking, to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.

Pay: $56,432.64 - $67,961.89 per year
