Role responsibilities

Work directly with employers to help solve benefits challenges with our plans and services. Generate sales with personal networking, referrals, cold calls and company provided leads. Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environment. Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders. Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions.

Qualifications

Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills. Entrepreneurial mind set and positive "can do" attitude. Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not currently licensed (we will assist in the process). Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
This is an uncapped

commission-based position

, with significant earning potential based on performance. Bonuses and incentives are also available for exceeding sales targets
