Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Aesthetics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aesthetics and a commitment to educating and inspiring students in various beauty and wellness techniques. This role requires expertise in both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, enabling students to excel in their careers. The Instructor will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals. Teach a variety of subjects including but not limited to trigger point therapy, anatomy, hair extensions, esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, facials, makeup application, aesthetic treatments, and more. Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to students in both classroom and practical settings. Assess student performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure students receive the most relevant education. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

Three years of practical experience in the Aesthetics Industry Proven experience in teaching or adult education is preferred. Strong knowledge of Aesthetics practices. Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. A valid Aesthetics Instructor license and Aesthetics certification is preferred. Experience in specialized areas such as trigger point therapy or esthetic laser treatment is a plus. Ability to inspire and motivate students while fostering a supportive learning environment. Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
