Ageless Med Spa is Anchorage's leading luxury medical spa, specializing in advanced aesthetics, injectables, skin rejuvenation, peptide protocols, body contouring, and wellness-driven treatments. We are expanding our client-care team and seeking a confident, polished Aesthetics Sales Representative who can help patients understand our services, build long-term relationships, and guide clients into selecting the best treatment packages for their goals.

Position Overview:

The

Aesthetics Sales Representative

is responsible for educating potential and existing patients on treatment options, recommending customized service plans, and closing sales for memberships, packages, and promotions. This role requires a warm personality, strong communication skills, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to create trust-driven relationships with patients at every visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with patients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate treatments, memberships, or packages Educate patients on services such as injectables, microneedling, facials, PRP/exosomes, peptide therapies, body contouring, and wellness treatments Follow up with leads from phone, email, walk-ins, campaigns, and social media inquiries Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge Achieve monthly sales goals and track performance Assist with membership enrollment and retention Collaborate with medical providers to ensure seamless patient experience Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere in the spa Ensure accurate documentation and payment processing

Qualifications:

Sales experience required (preferably in aesthetics, med spa, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury sales) Strong communication & interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and customer service Ability to confidently discuss pricing, treatment value, and package options Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven Comfortable learning about aesthetic and wellness treatments

Preferred Experience:

Prior sales experience in med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, luxury beauty, or wellness Experience with CRM or scheduling systems Knowledge of injectables, skincare, or aesthetic treatments (training available)

Full-time, on-site at Ageless Med Spa (Anchorage, Alaska) Weekend availability needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
