Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA)
to join our growing team. We specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments with a holistic, client-centered approach to beauty and wellness.
In this role, you'll use your clinical expertise and artistic eye to deliver outstanding results with treatments such as
Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, IV therapy, microneedling, and more.
You'll have the autonomy to build client relationships and create customized treatment plans -- all within a supportive team and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer injectable treatments including
neurotoxins (Botox), dermal fillers, and PDO threads
Perform advanced wellness and aesthetic procedures such as
IV hydration therapy, microneedling, and other non-surgical services
Conduct comprehensive consultations, assess patient goals, and develop
personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide accurate and timely documentation in the patient's EMR
Maintain a clean, sterile, and professional treatment environment
Educate clients on pre/post-care, products, and available treatments
Stay informed on the latest aesthetic trends and innovations
Performance Expectations (KPIs):
Client Retention:
Maintain an 80% or higher return rate for repeat visits
Client Satisfaction:
Achieve an average post-treatment feedback score of
4.5 or above (out of 5)
Treatment Goals:
Meet monthly and weekly procedure volume targets without sacrificing quality of care
Qualifications:
Active
RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Wisconsin
(Required)
Minimum 2 years of continuous clinical medical experience
(Required)
Previous experience administering
aesthetic injectables
(Botox, fillers, PDO threads)
Deep understanding of facial anatomy and safe injection techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be self-directed but collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to lift 30 lbs and use proper PPE when exposed to blood/bodily fluids
Comfortable working in a fast-paced medspa/outpatient setting
Work Setting:
In-person, modern medical spa setting
Monday-Friday availability, with occasional weekends as needed
