Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions, integrating AEM with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Adobe Commerce Cloud, SAP (eSAP), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services is essential to ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure digital experiences.

10+ years of web development experience

, with at least

5+ years in AEM architecture and implementation

. Deep expertise in

AEMaaCS

include authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and cloud-native capabilities. Strong experience integrating AEM with

ServiceNow, SAP (eSAP), and D365

. Hands-on knowledge of

Adobe Edge Delivery Services

and modern content delivery strategies. Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks (Javascript, Angular, etc.). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead the design and implementation of AEMaaCS solutions for enterprise-level digital platforms. Define architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for AEM deployments. Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all AEM implementations. Define and recommend

AEM architecture

for new projects, including component design and integration strategies. Lead decisions on

hosting, build, and deployment

for AEM-based solutions across multiple web applications. Collaborate with UX/Design and development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience. Oversee

daily maintenance and updates

to existing AEM sites and related applications. Ensure compliance with

SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices

.

Integration Expertise

Architect and implement integrations between AEM and enterprise systems including ServiceNow, SAP, and D365. Design APIs, middleware, and workflows to enable seamless data exchange and business process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and interoperability. Work with other IT Architects to define new APIs or update existing APIs to solve business requirements.

Edge Delivery Services

Leverage Adobe Edge Delivery Services to optimize content delivery, personalization, and performance. Implement strategies for global content distribution and low-latency user experiences. Ensure compliance with modern web standards and accessibility requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Mentor development teams on AEM best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. Provide thought leadership on emerging Adobe technologies and digital experience trends.

Salary Range: $80,000-$135,000 a year
