Advisor-Information Services Portfolio





RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and promote effective Information Technology portfolio management strategies across the full range of technology assets used within the organization. Leads the ongoing definition and refinement of the IS portfolio, aligning it with the health system's evolving strategic goals and priorities. Partners with business and IS leadership to communicate portfolio goals, objectives, and potential outcomes, fostering a shared vision for value realization. Directs the creation and maintenance of required portfolio documentation and artifacts, including performance dashboards and reports. Monitors and coordinates dependencies across projects and programs within the portfolio, and resolves conflicts to ensure smooth execution. Applies Lean techniques to continuously optimize the portfolio, focusing on delivering maximum value with minimal consumption of resources. Develops and monitors the portfolio budget, ensuring investments deliver value within agreed spending plans.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred). Requires 6-8 or more years of experience in IT business/industry, preferably within a large healthcare system. PMP certification (preferred).
