The Opportunity

We're seeking energetic, self-starting

Advertising Sales Representatives

to help expand our inclusive business network across the country. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will represent Pride Places in your markets by identifying LGBTQ+-friendly businesses, introducing them to our platform, and closing new advertising partnerships.

You'll receive:

Marketing and administrative support Access to a proven sales process and training The opportunity to represent a purpose-driven brand with impact Exclusive ownership of your assigned markets (typically 2 - 3 major cities)

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of Pride Places in your assigned territory Build and manage a pipeline of small business prospects Conduct face-to-face or virtual consultative sales presentations Close new business and manage advertiser relationships Represent Pride Places at networking events and community gatherings Hit revenue targets with integrity and enthusiasm

Top Performer Traits

Strong B2B sales or relationship-building experience (preferred) Enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated Passionate about LGBTQ+ equity and visibility Able to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable using technology (CRM, email, apps, etc.)

Requirements

Smartphone (iOS or Android) Internet access and basic computer literacy Prior experience in sales or community engagement preferred, but passion for the mission is essential.
