Advance Aerospace Innovation as an Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer at PDS Tech Commercial!
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer to support the development of complex aerospace components. This role is ideal for engineers who excel in precision design and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
What You'll Do:

• Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Apply ASME standards and GD&T practices to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Engineer components such as starters, pneumatic valves, actuators, motors, and solenoids.
• Participate in supplier and customer meetings, support RMRA assessments, and contribute to Cast-to-Hogout design activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Support environmental testing requirements, including EMI, and work with castings and forgings.

What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical design experience.
• Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ASME standards.
• Experience with castings, hogout designs, and aerospace components.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks.
• Creativity and sound judgment in planning and execution.

• Pay Rate: $56/hr
• Shift: Shay Shift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Work Schedule: Full onsite presence required for the first 3 months; hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) available thereafter.

Pay Details: $56.00 per hour
