Key Responsibilities

Provide

individual, group, and family therapy

for adults and older adults. Deliver

rehabilitation services

and support using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices (CBT, DBT, ACT). Facilitate

referrals and case management

to connect clients with community resources. Develop

culturally relevant assessments and treatment plans

. Complete documentation per

Medi-Cal and Santa Clara County standards

. Participate in

clinical supervision, consultations, team meetings, and trainings

. (Licensed Clinicians only) Maintain

LPS 5150 Authorization

and provide on-call officer-of-the-day support.
Qualifications

Education & Licensure

Master's degree in

Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

. Registered or eligible as

ASW, AMFT, or APCC

in California.

Experience

At least

1 year of clinical experience

with adults and/or older adults. Familiarity with

Medi-Cal documentation standards

preferred. Experience working with

diverse cultural communities

strongly valued.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of

DSM-V diagnostic criteria

. Skilled in

trauma-informed care

and

evidence-based practices

. Understanding of

California mandated reporting laws

and ethical guidelines. Proficiency in

clinical documentation and case management

. Valid

CA driver's license and insurance

required.
Location

San Jose, CA - hybrid role with field, in-clinic, and remote flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
