Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment. Scrub and assist in procedures including trauma, ortho, general surgery, ENT, vascular, GYN, and GU. Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure instrument readiness. Maintain and handle surgical instruments and supplies per protocol. Support efficient room turnover and adherence to infection control standards.

Qualifications

Certification:

Certified Surgical Technologist (required)

Experience:

3+ years recent OR experience in acute care or Level 1/2 trauma

Skills:

Strong sterile technique, communication, and teamwork; OB scrub experience preferred
