About the role:

CARD is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our Adult Rec Sports team!

Our sports officials help facilitate games for our Adult Sports leagues. Officials strive to maintain discipline and promote fair play, while demonstrating courtesy, self-control, and integrity to managers, coaches, players, and spectators during sporting events.

Who we're looking for:

We are seeking applicants with knowledge of Basketball game rules. This can include experience as a player, coach, team manager, and ideally as a referee.

Previous knowledge and experience officiating as well as experience managing sports-related disputes are highly preferred.

: Work is performed in an indoor or outdoor recreational environment and may include travel from site to site and exposure to inclement weather conditions.

: Primary functions require walking, standing, running, stooping, reaching, bending, and climbing; light, moderate, or heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.

Vision

: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

Hearing

: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.

Pay & Benefits:

Seasonal, $20.00 - $24.00/hr

Employees will recieve 40 hours of sick leave per year accrued at 2.8hrs per pay period. All unused hours are rolled over on January 1st up to a cap of 80 hours.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
