In this role you will:
Provide behavioral health services to military service members and their families
Offer face-to-face, supportive counseling to address various challenges, including living conditions, life skills, relationship improvement (at home and work), stress management, adjustment issues (such as reintegration after deployment), marital concerns, parenting, fear, grief, and loss
Assist in delivering health and wellness presentations and training, working in collaboration with installation command staff to address behavioral health concerns
Work closely with military branch Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure program implementation aligns with contract requirements and meets the needs of the assigned installation
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in a Behavioral Health profession (e.g., MS, MSW, MA)
A valid, unrestricted counseling license, preferably in the state of work; however, licenses from other states may be accepted as well
Typical licenses include
LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, and LMHC

eligible, and clinicians under supervision may NOT apply Understanding of military lifestyles and experience working with military family members
Ability to work independently to develop, implement, and evaluate safety and intervention plans to meet individual and family needs
Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English
Must be able to pass all background/suitability checks, which may include additional installation-specific requirements
Desired Experience:
Previous military service or strong familiarity with military culture
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
