AngleZ BHS is seeking a passionate, driven, and motivated individual to join our leadership team as the BHHO Care Coordinator Director. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of services provided by our BHHO Care Coordination staff and clients.
The Care Coordinator Director will oversee documentation, billing practices, clinical concerns, treatment plan development, and authorization accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with licensing and MaineCare standards while promoting clinical safety and continuity of care. The Care Coordinator Director will be responsible for building and fostering positive relations with Care Coordinators of the BHHO team.
This position also includes public relations responsibilities, representing AngleZ BHS in a professional and positive manner to enhance our reputation and partnerships within the State of Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the BHHO Care Coordination Department.
Support staff in ensuring clients' needs are met when staff are unable to attend scheduled visits.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of clinical documentation, billing, and authorizations.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Quality Assurance teams to uphold quality care standards.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Oversee assessment and treatment plan development and adherence to MaineCare and licensing requirements.
Support the professional growth and supervision of care coordination staff.
Foster positive relationships with clients, community partners, and state entities.
Qualifications:
Valid and current MHRT/C certification required
Minimum of 5 years of Case Management or Care Coordination experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive, proactive attitude
