Responsibilities of the

ADON Assistant Director of Nursing

:


Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential House/ Unit Supervisor M-F, weekend on call rotation

Qualifications of the

ADON Assistant Director of Nursing

:


Must be a Licensed Nurse in PA Previous Unit Manager or ADON experience Infection Prevention Certification. If not available, it needs to be obtain within 30days of employment Responsible, ready, and eager to work
