Job Overview:

The AEM Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires strong knowledge of AEM development practices, with a preference for candidates who have 2+ years of .NET experience to support integration and backend services.
Essential Duties:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

What You'll Do:

Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows. Configure AEM workflows for content approval and publishing. Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs, leveraging .NET experience where applicable. Collaborate with UX designers, QA, and other developers in an Agile environment. Optimize AEM performance and ensure best practices for security and scalability. Support deployment processes and troubleshoot production issues.

Education & Experience:

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core). Adobe Experience Manager certification(s) Experience with Dispatcher caching and AEM performance tuning.

Hybrid attendance (in-office 3x/week) in either Phoenix, AZ, Des Moines, or Fairfield, IA

Salary Range:

$120-140,000/year
