As the Graduate Admissions Specialist and Counselor, you will manage the full admissions cycle for one of NC State's largest graduate programs--overseeing more than 1,800 applications, onboarding 400+ new master's students each year, and supporting a dynamic Accelerated Bachelors/Masters (ABM) cohort.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of graduate admissions, including processing applications, onboarding new students, and maintaining accurate records for master's, certificate, and ABM programs. Apply advanced technology solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the applicant experience. Serve as a primary contact for prospective students--responding to inquiries, advising on admission requirements, and supporting recruitment efforts. Prepare and analyze application and enrollment data using Student Information System (SIS), PeopleSoft, GradWatch, and other university databases. Generate reports and communications for departmental leadership, tracking admissions progress, enrollment trends, and demographic data.
