32 Hours/Week | Day Shift

St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center | Dover, NH

Shift: Mon thru Fri - 8:30a to 2:30pm

What You'll Do;

Assist with admissions and discharges Track referrals and manage documentation Schedule tours and welcome meetings Support resident and family interviews Help with insurance verification and paperwork Assist with discharge planning and follow-ups


Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Healthcare or elder services experience preferred Organized, compassionate, people-focused * Comfortable with Microsoft Office
