Position Overview

The Admissions Representative serves as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in pursuing flight training. This role is responsible for guiding applicants through every stage of the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final enrollment. The ideal candidate will provide accurate, up-to-date information on training programs, financing options, and scheduling while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the admissions process. Present detailed information on flight training programs including Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, and advanced ratings, as well as pathways to airline careers. Assist applicants with completing forms, submitting required documentation, and understanding financial aid, scholarship, and loan options. Schedule and coordinate discovery flights, campus tours, and admissions meetings. Represent the school at local events, career fairs, and educational expos to promote programs and recruit new students. Organize and participate in on-campus events and open houses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the school's CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing questions and resolving concerns. Collaborate with instructors and the operations team to support marketing initiatives, including content for the website and social media platforms.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or sales -- preferably in aviation or education. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Bilingual ability is a plus.

Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Working Conditions

Full-time, on-site position. Occasional travel to recruitment and promotional events. Some evening or weekend availability may be required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
