in Vallejo is hiring a part time Admissions & Office Manager. This hybrid role blends front office management with admissions support. You will welcome visitors, answer inquiries, guide prospective students through the steps to enroll, and keep our office organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities



Respond to inquiries by phone text email and in person using RingCentral and HubSpot Schedule and host admissions meetings on campus or on Google Meet Guide applicants through application enrollment agreement orientation and first day Record and track leads and communications in HubSpot CRM Maintain accurate student records in the SMART database and Google Drive Manage front desk phones visitor check in calendars and supply orders Prepare simple reports each week for the Director Assist with basic compliance documentation as assigned

Required qualifications



Two or more years in office administration admissions or customer service Comfortable with Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Calendar and Drive Clear professional written and verbal communication Strong organization attention to detail and follow through

Preferred qualifications



Experience in higher education or vocational training environment Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot and a student information system such as SMART Bilingual English and Spanish

Work setting and schedule



On campus in Vallejo California Part time twenty five hours per week Monday to Friday five hours per day

Compensation



Twenty two to twenty seven dollars per hour based on experience
