Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for our residents and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Coordinating the admission process, including interviewing potential residents and their families Gathering and reviewing medical records and other necessary documentation Conducting facility tours and explaining our services and amenities to potential residents Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of admissions and discharges Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and healthcare providers Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions

Requirements:

0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
