(Albany, Schenectady, Rensselear/Troy) forAgency Admissions
forCertified Home Health Agency
on weekdays and/or weekends.Ideal Candidate:
Active NYS Registered Nurse Licensure
One year of experience in home health is preferred
Previous homecare experience and/or acute care or rehab experience is a plus
* Oasis Knowledge is a plus
