Job Description


Court reporting office needs candidate to perform office tasks, including industry-specific specialized court reporting software, which includes the calendaring along with production within this software. Creating/scanning/bookmarking of PDF/electronic documents, applying electronic signatures. Must know Outlook email program. Calendaring/scheduling of independent contractors, client and independent contractor interfacing, Zoom videoconferencing interfacing/setup. Training period one month , and then move up to top of hourly rate when master the industry-specific software with production. Must be very familiar and comfortable working with software and working with different types of programs. Must be familiar with Zoom videoconferencing and setup and Adobe Acrobat. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro PDF knowledge and Zoom setups: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Outlook for email: 5 years (Required)
