Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in the home care or medical field. High energy with a positive, approachable personality. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and leading a diverse team. Knowledge of state policies and procedures related to homecare services. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with initiative. Passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
