Job Summary

Compassionate Home Health Agency is seeking an experienced

Home Health Administrator

to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and support our mission of exceptional patient-centered care. In this leadership role, you will manage staff, budgets, and workflows while fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence.

. Administrators may occasionally visit patients' homes to observe care delivery, ensure compliance, or support staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Direct and oversee agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance Ensure adherence to Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff Monitor patient care standards and implement improvement initiatives Develop budgets, manage billing, and ensure fiscal responsibility Serve as liaison between agency, patients, families, and community partners Establish long-term goals, policies, and procedures to sustain agency growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field (required) Current RN license or equivalent healthcare credential (preferred, not required for administration-track candidates) Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health, hospice, hospital, or long-term care Background in nursing orhealthcare administration with proven leadership ability Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, and state regulations Ability to manage budgets, workflows, and staff development Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to balancing patient-centered outcomes with operational and fiscal responsibility

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 annually

Relocation

We welcome applications from qualified candidates outside the Marion area who are open to relocating. Relocation support may be available for the right candidate.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
